At HGA we teach groomers through our Behaviour Grooming Diploma how to recognise pain, fear, consent, cooperation, and sensory overwhelm so every dog is treated as an individual, not a coat type.
Based upon the ABWGF principles, our course introduces a more welfare-centred approach to grooming practices that puts the emotional needs of dogs at the forefront of every grooming decision you make.
